Terms
These terms describe the current operating rules for the platform and its browser companion. The goal is to be clear about what the product helps with, what it does not do, and what users are responsible for when they share professional material.
Candidate core features are intended to help people maintain a reusable professional record. Users are responsible for the truthfulness of their own claims, uploaded material, credentials, references, and public profile content.
Employer and recruiter workspaces are paid products. Search, saved candidates, collections, opportunity invitations, and outreach tools should be used for lawful hiring, recruiting, or collaboration purposes only.
ProfOS does not present its capability explanations or evidence summaries as a sole basis for employment decisions. Users should treat platform outputs as structured context, not as an automatic approval or rejection system.
ApplyPilot is a review-first autofill companion. It must not auto-submit applications, bypass CAPTCHAs, invent work history, or fill sensitive demographic or legal questions by default.
Verification labels such as Self-reported, Source-linked, Document uploaded, Admin-reviewed, and Issuer-verified describe the support state of an item. They do not imply broader endorsement beyond that specific state.
Questions about platform use, billing, privacy, or account issues can be sent to sreid1118@gmail.com.
These terms reflect the product as it is currently implemented. Formal legal review and billing/compliance review are still recommended before a larger commercial rollout.
