This MVP is designed around candidate control. Profiles, contact information, references, goals, salary preferences, and assessments should be visible only according to the candidate’s settings.

No arbitrary user JavaScript is allowed in public pages.

Sensitive fields are hidden by default unless explicitly shared.

AI assistance is optional and must cite supplied profile evidence.

ApplyPilot remains local-first and imports exported profile JSON.

Verification statuses are transparent and do not claim more than they prove.

Employer features are designed around search/contact workflow, not public popularity.

A production legal policy should be reviewed before paid public launch.
